Till this day, my doctor's words STILL hit like a punch to the gut.


I didn't realize how bad things were, until that doctor visited. At 54 and 255, I was following the exact same path that took my mother.


Just imagining my future health problems made me panic inside. Walking to my car after that appointment, a stranger asked if I was "expecting"...
